Role: Sr. Salesforce Quality Engineer
Location: Onsite (Des Moines, Iowa)
Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive functional testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Design, develop, and maintain a robust automation regression suite using AccelQ.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Execute cross-browser testing leveraging Softlabs to ensure consistent user experience across platforms.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Provide detailed documentation of test cases, results, and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in automation testing using AccelQ.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Familiarity with Softlabs for cross-browser testing.
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of the insurance domain and related business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
