Staff Accountant (part-time)

About the position Responsibilities • Perform full-cycle accounting including accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Conduct bank reconciliations and journal entry posting. • Prepare financial statements and reports. • Engage in financial and ad-hoc analysis as required. • Assist in budgeting and pro forma development. • Manage treasury and cash flow activities. • Provide comprehensive financial reporting. Requirements • 1 year of accounting experience (preferred). • 1 year of experience with GAAP (preferred). • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (preferred). • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entry, and monthly closing processes. Nice-to-haves • Experience in a variety of industries. • Familiarity with financial analysis tools.
