Job Description Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for analyzing the physician staffing needs of our business clients and staffing approved providers in locum tenens assignments. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective staffing solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage clients via telephone to develop a deep understanding of their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business operational requirements.
• Contact recruited providers to market available locum tenens work assignments and ensure seamless placement processes.
• Understand the qualifications and skills of providers to make informed recommendations and present top candidates to clients for work assignments.
• Proactively recruit new providers to contract with our company by calling practicing physicians, hospitals, residency, and fellowship programs to identify potential candidates.
• Identify potential new business clients and develop strategic plans to acquire new accounts.
• Generate 50-80 outbound phone calls daily to drive sales growth, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their staffing needs are being met and provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve conflicts between providers and business clients as needed, and maintain accurate records in our company database.
• Provide weekly reports of activities and other reports as requested by sales management to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Provider Pay Clerks and Sales Managers, to resolve outstanding account receivable issues and implement targeted marketing strategies.
• Carry a company-provided cell phone on a rotating schedule to be available for after-hours support and ensure prompt resolution of business needs.
• Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by your supervisor to contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, staffing, and/or marketing, with healthcare knowledge being a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new business software applications quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written means, with a professional telephone presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision, with strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to new business environments.
• Experience in coordinating simultaneous assignments, assessing project deadlines, establishing work priorities, and managing personal work schedules.

Physical and Environmental Demands

This role is performed in a well-lighted, climate-controlled modern office setting, with occasional lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs, prolonged sitting, and extensive telephone use. You may be required to work overtime, additional hours beyond a regular schedule, and/or more than five days per week, with moderate to high levels of stress.
