Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to drive business growth and build trust with clients
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and television
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop on-brand marketing materials
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution
- Ensure all marketing materials meet accessibility standards and are translated as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2C marketing experience
- Experience with marketing automation and project management tools
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
