Position Overview As a Testing Assistant at Mt. Hebron High School, you will be responsible for providing critical support in the administration of educational tests and assessments. Key Responsibilities: Test Administration: Assist in the preparation and administration of educational tests and assessments, ensuring that all materials are distributed and collected efficiently. Test Coordination: Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure that testing schedules are followed and that all necessary materials are available. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter data and maintain records related to test administration, including student information, test scores, and reporting. Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Test Security and Confidentiality: Maintain the security and confidentiality of test materials, ensuring that all sensitive information is handled in accordance with district policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Experience: Previous experience in education, testing, or a related field is highly desirable. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and maintain records. Technical Skills: Familiarity with educational software and technology, including data management systems. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree: A master's degree in education or a related field is preferred. Testing Experience: Experience with test administration, coordination, or scoring is highly desirable.
