Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- CO Substitute Teacher Authorization (or in the process of obtaining)
- Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor
- Background check (we'll cover the cost of the one you do with Scoot)
- Passion for education and commitment to putting students first
- Empathetic nature, growth mindset, and drive to be the best educator you can be
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous teaching experience, especially in special education or English language learner instruction
- Experience with trauma-informed teaching, classroom management, and educational technology
