Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product and software training sessions using a variety of instructional formats (e.g., webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses)
- Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned Yardi software products
- Create and execute training plans that align with project goals and user needs
- Teach users how to navigate the software, utilize key features, and apply troubleshooting techniques
- Continuously refine training content to ensure clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with software updates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others
- People focused, with the ability to build rapport
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills
