We're seeking a passionate and skilled professional to design and manage immersive learning experiences for our Acute Care sales team, from onboarding to advanced development. As a key partner to sales and marketing, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance current programs, create new ones, and measure their impact on team performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sales education programs, driving training objectives and curriculum development for Patient Care, Patient Handling, and Vocera sales forces
- Evaluate and incorporate best practices in selling methodologies to improve educational curriculum
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to design educational programs, course objectives, and sales education strategies
- Develop and measure learning curriculum, utilizing subject matter expertise and educational insights
- Analyze market dynamics, sales needs, and industry trends to inform sales education programs
- Refine and execute sales education strategies, leveraging data and market insights to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 6 years of work experience
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience in education, instructional design, or curriculum development, with a degree in a related field (e.g., Instructional Design, Education, or Curriculum Development)
- Previous medical device experience is highly desirable
