We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Yuktiness, the founder of Wellness Abundance Hub. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for promoting our diverse range of wellness services and programs, delivering exceptional customer support, and driving sales growth.
Job Summary:
- Remote or Bangalore, Karnataka location
- Full-time or part-time opportunity
- Competitive salary: ₹1.5 - 3.0 lac (full-time) or ₹1.0 - 1.5 lac (part-time) per year
- Target-based incentives and opportunities for personal and professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our wellness services and programs to potential customers
- Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing queries and providing product information
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity to continuously improve sales strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in content writing, drafting emails, Canva, ChatGPT, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and WhatsApp marketing
- Reliable laptop with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace
