Apply Now
PawBuck is building the definitive platform for the pet and pet parent ecosystem — connecting care, wellness, discovery, and services in one seamless experience. Because pets deserve more than scattered apps and forgotten paperwork. We're building an educational blog series called "The Informed Pet Parent", and we need a licensed veterinarian or certified vet technician to bring clinical accuracy and real-world insight to our content. This is an ongoing engagement for the right set of people. What You'll Be Writing Our content focuses on practical, evidence-based pet health topics, including: - What is the right Vet visit frequency based on life stage and breed - Preventive vs. reactive care (with real cost comparisons) - Breed-specific health risks most owners overlook - Common but avoidable conditions (dental disease, obesity, parasites) - Silent conditions that go undetected without regular monitoring - What should Pet parents monitor between vet visits We already have the topics, angles, and outlines. Your job is to bring the clinical depth, real examples, and professional credibility. What We're Looking For - Licensed veterinarian (DVM) or certified veterinary technician (CVT/RVT) - Strong written English — ability to translate clinical knowledge into warm, easy to understand language for pet parents Requirements - Experience writing or creating educational content is a plus, but not required - Reliable, communicative, and able to meet deadlines Scope & Compensation - Articles: ~800–1,200 words each - Looking for long-term collaboration if the fit is right - Please include a per-article rate in your proposal. (hourly rate is welcome but with a clear estimate on total effort per article) To Apply Please share: 1. One writing sample — published or unpublished, anything that shows how you explain clinical concepts to non-vets 2. Your rate and availability We're a small, mission-driven team that cares deeply about animal welfare. If you do too, we'd love to hear from you.
