**Your Role in arenaflex**
As a Work from Home Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Customer Service Coordinator - Collections, you will be responsible for:
* Advocating for our customers, problem-solving, and owning issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
* Investigating customer concerns, helping create and implement process improvements, and reporting trending customer issues
* Supporting other customer service advocates, guiding them to the right path to solve customer concerns, and providing in-the-moment feedback to ensure they're connected to the right resources
* Completing a Language Assessment to ensure your language skills meet our requirements
**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 2 years of customer service experience
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and adapt to change
* Strong customer focus, rooted in empathy, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills
* Proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills
* Dependability with a solid attendance record
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry
* At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
**Work from Home Technology Requirements**
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
* Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
* A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
* Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
* Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
* ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
**Work from Home Location Requirements**
* This role is 100% work from home
* We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
* Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California

**Salary Information**
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed-upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
