**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the human connection that makes our service exceptional, providing empathetic and professional support to our clients and their members. **Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
Accurately documenting call details.
Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.
Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily.

**Job Requirements**
Must be 18 years or older.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
Secure, private work area at home.
