Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and mentor a team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of changing demands and ensure product availability
- Utilize strong organizational skills to assess and prioritize tasks, ensuring the store's inventory is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with management and leadership teams to share knowledge and insights on product and parts availability
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, and new products are properly introduced to the store team
Requirements:
- Ability to think critically and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to manage and meet multiple inventory deadlines per week
