As a Corporate Accountant & Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) office, working closely with our Accounting and Finance team to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide global accounting support and analysis for our international entities, ensuring seamless financial operations across the organization.
- Design and lead monthly financial reviews with key stakeholders to discuss financial outcomes and forecasts for managed regions, driving informed decision-making.
- Generate financial and operational reports and conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify financial opportunities and risks, presenting actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses related to Sales and in-field Trade Spend to inform Sales leadership about results and trends.
- Actively participate in and lead specific areas related to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Reconcile month-end accounts for areas of responsibility, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy and compliance.
- Lead or participate in various projects or business initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, contributing to the company's strategic growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term strategic plans, shaping the financial direction of the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles within a manufacturing setting, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong business acumen, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills, to drive financial insights and recommendations.
- Experience and comfort in presenting to all levels of management, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- Proficiency in making journal entries within an ERP system and reconciling financial accounts monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, to support financial analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance, or a relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA).
