About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Coordinator to join our remote team. As a key member of our Auto Finance Servicing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their queries, and educating them about our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to potential customers looking to refinance their auto loans, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process.
- Take an active role in educating customers about our products and services, tailoring your approach to their unique needs and preferences.
- Respond to inbound calls with energy and enthusiasm, resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Use a conversation-based approach to uncover customer needs, employing open-ended questions to drive meaningful interactions.
- Guide customers through the online enrollment process, providing clear instructions and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Assist customers with account questions, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Strive for first-call resolution, taking ownership of customer needs and issues to drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build strong working relationships with experienced partners, collaborating to resolve complex issues and drive business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven ability to navigate complex systems and resolve customer issues.
- At least 1 year of auto finance experience, with a strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $43,680 - $43,680 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you'll be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
