Job Description Summary: Leading Customer Operations with Strategic Vision

As a Director, Customer Operations on the Roark Account Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by configuring and owning the fulfillment of account-based equipment, service, and supply chain solutions. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to develop and execute customer operations plans that drive beverage quality, revenue, and profit for the System, while ensuring proper cost management to achieve our goal of becoming our Customer's most valued supplier.

Compensation and Benefits: A Competitive Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $134,800 - $165,200, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our benefits package includes a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position.
