Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Delivery Activities group and cross-functional partners to understand, define, and prioritize high-impact projects and adapt to changing business needs and unique opportunities in the fulfillment space.
- Develop and maintain your drive's item procedure and guide to support our Satisfaction objectives, prioritizing work insightfully, and communicating responsibilities and updates to your teams and partners on a continuous rhythm.
- Lead and mentor multiple PMs as they drive their crews' execution by working closely with cross-functional partners.
- Own the presentation (and measurement) of the group's item encounters, including effect on the business and our clients.
