About the Role
As an Event Project Coordinator at Workwarp, you will be an integral part of a talented team that delivers outstanding B2C exhibitions, trade shows, and live events worldwide. This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive training and support, enabling you to learn on the job and grow professionally in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team across various projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Create engaging PowerPoint decks to support project briefs and presentations.
- Assist in the production of content for live and digital environments, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are tracked.
- Review and verify scripts, content, and other assets for accuracy and quality.
- Develop and maintain an asset library, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Organize and maintain project archives and folders within Dropbox, adhering to the company's data management policies.
- Perform general administrative duties as required, supporting the team in their day-to-day activities.
Essential Qualities and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in events, business, or a related field, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and interest in the industry.
- An innovative and creative approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and on your own initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with a high level of efficiency in using these tools.
- The ability to work remotely and be flexible when required, including traveling to events worldwide.
