About the Position
As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting new healthcare practices, building relationships over the phone, and identifying potential clients for our digital marketing services. You will work closely with our Account Executives to understand prospective clients' marketing goals, match them with the best service level, and ensure they achieve their designated marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Perform 75+ outbound calls daily to select healthcare practices across the U.S., demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Identify decision-makers at each practice and discuss our marketing services to determine interest and fit for one of our services.
- Schedule appointments daily with interested decision-makers and send those appointments over to an Account Executive to close.
- Work jointly with Account Executives to ensure prospects show up to their appointments, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and understand the fundamentals of our products and services.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales metrics, highlighting your strong work ethics and sales skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 6 months+ work experience in an entry-level sales role, with a strong track record of sales performance.
- A degree in Business Administration or Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong work ethics and demonstrated grit in prior roles, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client success.
- Strong sales skills, with a passion for sales and building relationships.
- Hi-Speed Internet, as this position is remote for candidates applying within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone U.S. states.
