Job Overview
As an Implementation Specialist at Fast Slow Motion, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve success. You will work closely with our team members, wearing multiple hats and leveraging your excellent communication, business, and technical skills to drive project outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with consultants and senior consultants on various projects, attending weekly project meetings, taking detailed meeting notes, and completing delegated project action items. You will also co-design and implement software solutions, communicate with project team members and clients, and attend daily team standup meetings to review project status and discuss complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and senior consultants on a wide range of projects, providing technical expertise and support
- Attend weekly project meetings, internal debrief meetings, and daily team standup meetings to ensure seamless project execution
- Take detailed meeting notes and complete delegated project action items to drive project progress
- Co-design and implement software solutions using the Salesforce platform and various technology stacks
- Communicate effectively with project team members and clients to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Build complex software systems within the Salesforce platform, leveraging your technical expertise and creativity
- Identify risks and issues, and develop proactive strategies to prevent fires before they occur
- Work with agile and other methodologies to drive project efficiency and effectiveness
- Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance our current processes and avoid repeating mistakes
Estimated Percentage of Time Allocation
Your time will be allocated across various activities, including:
- Salesforce build: 70%
- Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20%
- Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10%
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication, business, and technical skills, with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Health Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Proven ability to build complex software systems and design software solutions using various technology stacks
- Experience working with agile and other methodologies, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and issues and develop proactive strategies to prevent fires before they occur
Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications in Salesforce or related technologies, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Consultant
- Experience working with small, medium, and mid-market businesses, with a strong understanding of business operations and process improvement principles

- Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
