Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager Relief to join our Reading Home Market Sales Team. As the primary Coca-Cola contact between store managers or store owners, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, increasing business by selling and ordering products, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Responsibilities

• Execute and close all sales calls to increase business and build strong customer relationships.
• Sell in incremental displays and equipment placements, promotional programs, and ensure dealer compliance to meet customer needs.
• Stay connected with customers, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and ensure that company assets and point of sale are in good condition.
• Communicate account activities to appropriate parties, including sales teams and management.
• Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Build, change, and remove product displays, maintain product signage, clean product space, and secure damaged or defective product.
• Act as an Ambassador by providing customer service to Consumers and store personnel, answering questions, locating products, and providing assistance as needed.
• Accountable for proper rotation in outlet and identification of expired and/or damaged product, ensuring proper credits are created for the return of product from our customer to our Distribution Center.
• Where possible, follow the Coca-Cola repacking standards, repack product at the store to reduce what is credited and returned from the customer.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with the following qualifications:

• High School or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience; 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Food/beverage industry experience a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple customer accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Proficient computer application skills.
• Ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
