About the Role

We're looking for a talented AI Data Engineer to drive our GenAI initiatives forward, focusing on emerging technologies and innovative solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking strategy for GenAI, creating cutting-edge prototypes, and architecting large-scale backend systems. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for GenAI, focusing on emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
• Create detailed roadmaps for GenAI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
• Lead the creation of cutting-edge prototypes to explore new algorithms, techniques, and open-source technologies.
• Design and optimize large-scale backend systems, prioritizing performance, scalability, and low latency.
• Develop and implement advanced algorithms, particularly in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic workflows.
• Ensure high standards of code quality through rigorous code reviews and refactoring to enhance modularity and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineering teams, to translate prototypes into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Work closely with architects to secure design approvals and ensure cohesive system architecture.
• Create compelling demos to showcase new features and innovations to stakeholders and potential customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research papers and publications in the field of Generative AI, integrating cutting-edge techniques into projects.
• Advocate for and implement ethical AI practices, ensuring that AI solutions are fair, transparent, and unbiased.
• Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the performance of AI models in production.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in AI and data engineering, with a focus on GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 7+ years of experience in AI, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in GPT for NLP, AI, ML algorithms for predictive analytics, cloud-to-cloud integrations, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, including RAG systems, Agentic workflows, or open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Strong skills in AWS, Azure, GCP, and designing scalable AI architectures.
• A proven track record of developing and launching large-scale deep learning solutions.
• Extensive expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Generative AI.
