About the Role: ServiceNow Consultant
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative IT service management solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. With a strong background in ServiceNow applications development and product implementation, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, record producers, client scripts, UI and data policies, business rules, and UI actions.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations using Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, data sources, import sets, and transform maps.
- Utilize Flow Designer to create and manage workflows, and integrate with other systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow portal components, including branding, SP pages, UI pages, and widgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Participate in Agile/DevOps ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and test plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of software development experience and at least 4+ years of ServiceNow applications development or product implementation experience.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow back-end development, including creating catalog items, record producers, client scripts, UI and data policies, business rules, and UI actions.
- Experience in ServiceNow integration, including Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, data sources, import sets, and transform maps.
- Proficiency in Flow Designer and integration using Flow Designer.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow portal development, including branding, SP pages, UI pages, and widgets.
- Experience with JavaScript, Angular JS (1.X), Angular Provider, and Angular Templates.
- Strong understanding of CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap 3 framework.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, including Git and automation testing (Selenium).
- Strong working experience in an Agile/DevOps environment, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or System Implementation certification.
- Knowledge of IT service management best practices and ITIL framework.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
