Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Account Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional experience for our Members via email, chat, calls, and SMS.
- Personalizing replies in all channels to ensure a human touch.
- Multi-tasking between all channels to ensure seamless service.
- Communicating directly and clearly with your team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Maintaining a "can-do" attitude and taking accountability for your actions.
- Meeting department objectives for key metrics, including calls answered, median first reply time, total resolution time, and CSAT score.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
- Experience working remotely and managing your time effectively.
- Knowledge of wine and the ability to speak about it extensively.
- Proficiency in working between multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for learning and growing with our company.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Fine dining Hospitality experience, which will be a significant plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.

- Group Call: A 30-minute call with more people from the team to assess your fit and answer your questions.
- Project Review: A specific project that will help us understand your work product, followed by a 30-60 minute video interview to review the project.
- Virtual Visit: A virtual working interview/social, where you'll meet with a group of us, work on a project, and present it to us.
