We're committed to looking out for people, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. You will provide exemplary customer service, process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and balance daily while maintaining a deep understanding of consumer deposit products. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues * Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products * Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners * Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership * Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures * Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role * Bachelor's Degree preferred * 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales * Cash handling skills * Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services * Bilingual Spanish **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Knowledge of banking products and services * Experience working in a team environment with a focus on customer service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong sales and relationship-building skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
