**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Building Sales**: Help our branch build its sales by maintaining house accounts, communicating with dealers, and promoting new products and services.
* **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information.
* **Sales Execution**: Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates.
* **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to educate customers and improve sales and customer satisfaction.
* **Problem-Solving**: Collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to arenaflex policies.
* **Administrative Tasks**: Perform daily cash drawer processing, end-of-shift counts, and prepare deposit slips.
* **Customer Feedback**: Periodically reach out to customers to determine satisfaction with arenaflex products and services.
* **Market Research**: Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory to stay ahead of the competition.
* **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on sales activities.
* **Professional Development**: Expand your knowledge of HVAC products and stay current with the latest industry trends.
* **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with all levels of management and peers to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **HVAC Knowledge**: A strong understanding of HVAC equipment and products, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.
* **Sales and Customer Service Experience**: 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database applications, with excellent phone and email etiquette.
* **Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
* **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
* **Attention to Detail**: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
