As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading data analysis and security operations, working closely with various technology teams to investigate and remediate stage and data quality issues. You will also be responsible for taking on smaller projects to improve our production support capabilities, including the implementation of new checking tools, establishing new working systems, and preparing for the release of new products. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead production support activities for a group of data analysis products used to support internal bank operations. * Act as a key member in the identification and diagnosis of production incidents affecting our client data analysis stage. * Analyze complex technical tasks challenges within a large data environment that require in-depth assessment. * Lead research and create reports related to ongoing production issues and present findings to internal stakeholders. * Lead the development of new tasks workflows and stage enhancements. * Serve as the contact with the internal group and ensure communication and reporting of delivery from the offshore group. * Champion continuous improvement, including inventing new processes and new opportunities. * Contribute to the establishment of performance standards for the team and ensure activities achieve or exceed performance metrics. * Direct the daily Risk and Control stream of tasks, focusing on solutions, methodologies, and work guidelines to ensure a successful outcome; redesigning and driving continuous improvement. * Lead teams to comply with time constraints and drive new initiatives. * Audit, approve, and execute recommended changes to plans. * Collaborate and communicate with team members to resolve issues and achieve technology mandates. * Serve as a mentor to peers. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in investigation, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. * Strong understanding of large data lake environments and ability to work with various technology teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience supporting large data environments. * 2+ years of experience delivering ETL, data warehouse, and data analysis capabilities on large data engineering like Hadoop. * 2+ years of experience using a combination of the following tools: HIVE, Panda, Autosys, Grafana, Splunk. * Past experience supporting Kafka and MongoDB. **Work Assumptions** * Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. * This position offers a flexible work arrangement. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading private organization * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangement * Comprehensive benefits package **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application through our website.
