• Creating and managing a system for calling and confirming client appointments one day in advance
• Conducting fitness assessments using InBody 570 analysis equipment and creating personalized exercise programs for clients
• Managing client files, schedules, reminders, and documenting exercise progress in Club Ready software
• Identifying special population needs and respecting client confidentiality
• Actively participating in weekly team meetings and best practice sharing to foster improved client and employee experience
• Ensuring the fitness floor and equipment is safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Participating in marketing strategies to increase personal training services, attraction, and retention

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• Valid professional certifications from nationally recognized organizations such as NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, and CPR/AED
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (preferred)
