The Customer Care Representative I role is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to act as a trusted advisor and educator, providing exceptional support and guidance to customers regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims. This hybrid position requires onsite training for the first 10 weeks at one of our office locations in Norfolk, VA, Las Vegas, NV, St. Louis, MO, Mason, OH, Winston-Salem, NC, or Atlanta, GA.

blithequark offers a competitive salary range of $18.50 to $20.50 per hour, depending on location and experience.
