Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, working closely with our experienced team to ensure 100% satisfaction with each service we provide. - Work with an experienced team that prioritizes its employees and customers
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Hourly compensation: $17-24hr

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Dispatching HVAC technicians to customer locations
- Managing customer schedules and appointments
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Working closely with our team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
- Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Great phone skills are required!
- Light sales experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Customer service skills
- Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
- HVAC office experience a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Service Titan and QuickBooks is a plus!
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment
- Experience with HVAC dispatching software and systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and operations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
