Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with documentation, projects, and inventory organization, contributing to the smooth operation of our team and business.
- Operate basic office equipment, including counting scales, label printers, and inkjet printers, with ease and proficiency.
- Collaborate with the team in a dynamic, results-driven environment, sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm, facilitating efficient and effective communication.
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies, with a growth mindset and a passion for self-improvement.
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting, demonstrating physical capability and flexibility.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ensuring independence and mobility.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility.
- Full-time availability, with a commitment to working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
