A Day in the Life of a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark
As a Customer Care Specialist II, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency to meet customer needs and deadlines
- Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility is essential during peak times
- A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace with a reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection (wired, high-speed Internet, Modem or Router with Ethernet Port – Thin client must connect directly; no satellite internet or Wi-Fi)
- The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership
