Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring seamless document classification and transmission to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process documents electronically with high accuracy and efficiency
• Make outbound calls to doctor's offices as volume permits, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Process claims and ensure timely resolution
• Receive, process, and classify documents, transmitting them to clients in a timely manner
• Sort, image, file, and archive documents by form type, maintaining meticulous records and databases
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional outcomes and drive success

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, with excellent computer typing skills
• Secure workspace with high-speed internet and ability to pass a typing test
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required, with flexibility and adaptability
