You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. If you're a people person with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Connect directly with customers to resolve their queries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships * Examine and resolve issues to determine suitable solutions, think proactively, and set follow-up meetings as needed to ensure issue resolution * Work with empathy, attention to detail, persistence, sympathy, and thoughtfulness to customers and colleagues alike * Work with a willingness to learn, sharing feedback, receiving input, and working in a culture of openness to growth * Engage with partners, your immediate supervisor, and other colleagues across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to an engaging customer-driven culture of collaboration **Requirements** * 2 years of customer service experience * Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written evaluation * Ability to multitask (e.g., keep a conversation on the phone while searching on the computer and taking notes) and perform well in a high-speed environment * Capability in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for fast navigation through systems and the web to search for information to assist in supporting our customers * Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the organization * Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work past 40 hours depending on the situation by the specialty unit * Should be able to pass a personal investigation * High school diploma or equivalent **Technical Requirements** * Workspace should be sufficiently large to accommodate computer screens and be free from distractions, including any background noise that affects the customer experience * Workspace OK for webcam use * Have a strong wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed (You can test your internet speed at speedtest.net or by contacting your service provider.) * You provide fast internet. We will provide all the other things (computer, screen, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam) * Telephone line not needed. You should have a wireless or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Confirm.
