Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Pre- and post-examination of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on assisting the business in making informed decisions.
- Investigate the performance of various pilot initiatives while following a testing framework (e.g., A/B Testing).
- Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions.
- Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data evaluated to recognize gaps or opportunities the business needs to consider or address.
- Support the design and development of Blithequark tools to improve financial targets, based on various switches from top-line to bottom-line, with continued development of value chain capabilities.
- Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive summaries.
- Any other related and assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
- Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills – Pivot tables, VLookups, with modeling capabilities.
- Strong data literacy.
- Data visualization via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills and Competencies
- Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement.
- Balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
- Easily collaborate with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders.
- Strong change management skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL.
- Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool.
- Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Interactive Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes.
- Project management or consulting experience.
