Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns via phone and chat. You will provide information about our products and services, troubleshoot online issues, and offer solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Training:

Licenses and Certifications:
- Online Business Customer Service Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in computer applications, with strong typing skills (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing abilities.
