**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
* Utilize arenaflex's technology platforms to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide a seamless experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
* Upsell/cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (customer service, business administration, communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic knowledge of Windows operating system
* Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
