Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting freight coordination across a nationwide transportation network. The role focuses on maintaining shipment visibility, organizing dispatch activity, and ensuring communication remains consistent throughout the freight lifecycle.
Work may be performed remotely or through a hybrid arrangement aligned with an Oregon-based operations structure. Individuals located within commuting distance may participate in occasional in-person coordination, while others contribute remotely across national operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate freight activity across multiple regions
Monitor shipment progress and maintain updates
Communicate with operational contacts regarding load status
Maintain accurate coordination and dispatch records
Assist with scheduling adjustments and issue tracking
Support continuous workflow organization
Qualifications
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured environment
Basic computer and system proficiency
