About the Role

As a key member of our Centralized Services team, you will play a critical role in executing medical care methodologies, driving patient wellbeing results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services.
Job Summary
As an experienced full stack pharmacist, you will be responsible for executing patient mediation pharmacy programs, guaranteeing consistency of clinical pharmacy services, and driving business results. You will work closely with our clinical networks in designated regions, serving as a delegate and contact for the organization. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving patient experience, improving center around healthcare services, and advancing cooperation and persuasion among pharmacy staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
- Drive the execution of multiple market strategies and activities to ensure business needs are being met.
- Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by examining, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and analyzing results; and implementing changes.
- Guarantee region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
- Drive territorial pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to organizational financial objectives.
- Carry out and execute patient mediation pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance.
- Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient meetings, medication management, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
- Provides expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field administration.
- Supports staff training experiences and advancement amazing opportunities.
- Advances cooperation and persuades Pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, methods, mission, values, and norms of morals and honesty.
- Conducts data and clinical reviews and making essential moves to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications.
- Audits medication records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment.
- Provides individualized patient/supplier counsel.
- Through utilization of predominant relational abilities, wins the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board to the pharmacy concerns.
- Provides feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program including remarks from patients as the value of individual consults.
- Liable for all inquiries, exchanges, and issues which relate directly to patient treatment.
- Provides clinical discussion and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary.
- Performs other work related to the job responsibilities in this document as allocated by management.
- Keeps rules and methods for all job obligations to meet objectives.
- Complies with organizational strategies and methods including all HIPAA rules/guidelines.
- Guarantees consistency with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
Essential Capabilities
- Current pharmacist license as allowed by the suitable state licensing authority.
- Experience promoting colleagues to research and determine issues.
- Experience working with private data.
- Ready to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates.
- Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with little oversight, contingent upon oneself to complete goals and it is necessary to decide when acceleration of issues.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Ready to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Favored Capabilities
- Ability to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary.
- Knowledge of insurance plans.
- Knowledge of PC operating systems including Radio, Commitment, and Plus.
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font style and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting message, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, choosing page orientation, using spell check, and printing worksheets).
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, revising, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show).
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, sticking, and adjusting message, choosing font style type and size, changing borders and section width, arranging, inserting projectiles, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, or printing capabilities).
