Job Overview
As a Remote Staff Information Researcher, you will be a specialized lead on information science projects and take responsibility for conveying obligations. You will work intimately with product partners to create "smart" features and deliver exceptional business results utilizing AI, Deep Learning, NLP, and CV. Your expertise in data science, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL will be essential in driving success in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Ideate with partners to recognize ML/Deep Learning opportunities for solutions.
- Figure out problems and convert into Information Science project necessities.
- Build solutions that can be easily integrated into external systems or existing applications.
- Select suitable ML modeling strategies for complex issues with large-scale data.
- Create and emphasize on features collaboratively with colleagues.
- Lead model development and guide colleagues through building, testing, and deploying ML models at scale.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and interpretability.
- Ensure production-ready ML solutions with low latency inference times and risk evaluation.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and programming languages. The minimum qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in an analysis-related field.
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in an analysis-related field.
- 6 years of experience in an analysis or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in data science, AI, optimization models, and PhD in AI, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Math, or Econometrics.
- Successful completion of one or more certifications in Python, Flash, Scala, or R.
- Experience using open-source frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, LightGBM).
