Job Summary
As a Sage 200 Support Consultant, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for providing first-class support to our Sage 200 customers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Sage 200 customers via telephone, email, and remote connection
- Resolve technical queries and issues related to Sage 200 financials, commercials, manufacturing, inventory management, BI, and supply chain
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sage 200 products and related technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and promote Pinnacle services and software solutions
- Provide training sessions as required to customers and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies
Essential Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Application Support, with a focus on Sage 200
- At least 12 months of experience with Sage 200 product
- Proficient in SQL and proven IT Support/Administration experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organized and self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sage ISVs such as Draycir or Sicon
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and Sage CRM
- Experience in software implementation, project management, or account management
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence, cloud computing, and inventory management
