About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Customer Service Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our contact center, CRM, CMS, and other tools that enable our customer support team to deliver exceptional service to our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical vision and leadership to the team, driving the development of scalable and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customer support ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designing, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technical solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Develop and execute a strategy for building and maintaining a robust and scalable technical infrastructure, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
- Participate in engineering decisions, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team and partners.
- Mentor and coach team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills and expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with external CCAAS vendors, such as Sprinklr, Google CCAI, or similar.
- A proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with a strong focus on technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in full-stack development, cloud computing, and web application development.
- A passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, with a willingness to take calculated risks and challenge the status quo.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software quickly and efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, with experience implementing secure coding practices.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, with a range of $35-$45 per hour. Our compensation structure is based on a yearly salary, with no bonuses or rewards.
