We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our team of talented professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Operate multi-color screen printing press (Manual and Automatic) to screen print customer-supplied designs on t-shirts and other products for a wide range of clients, from personal orders to Fortune 500 companies.
- Prioritize order completion based on customer deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Execute screen printing tasks, including reviewing orders, ink mixing, and screen and machine setup, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Inspect print quality to ensure high-quality, accurate prints that meet our high standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area neat and complying with safety procedures, contributing to a positive and healthy workplace culture.
- Ability to meet customer deadlines, including overtime if necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in screen printing, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
