About the Role

As a Google CCAI Developer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI applications that transform customer interactions. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support voice and digital AI self-service solutions for large contact centers, leveraging Google CCAI technology.
- Design, develop, and implement AI self-service applications that meet client-specific needs.
- Interface with clients to drive the implementation of AI solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute significantly to Google Delivery practice projects, focusing on Google CCAI initiatives.
- Collaborate with project team members to develop conversation design specifications that enhance user experience.
- Integrate AI solutions with backend systems using web services, databases, and reporting tools.
- Perform unit testing of developed code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Assist with system and functional testing to guarantee seamless integration and operation.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in application development, with a focus on Google technologies. The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of overall application development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- 4+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow ES/CX, demonstrating a deep understanding of conversational AI.
- 1+ year of hands-on technical experience with Google Cloud CCAI, showcasing expertise in AI self-service solutions.
- Google Certification or Badge completion is highly desirable, underscoring your commitment to staying at the forefront of Google technologies.
- Knowledge of Cloud Services Architecture, Apigee, and Vertex AI, highlighting your ability to navigate the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, HTML, SQL, and Python, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services, including Nuance, Google, and Amazon, demonstrating your versatility in handling various AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for your technical expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
To further enhance your candidacy, consider having:
- 1 to 2 years of experience with Cisco CVP/WebexCCE/CC/UJet design and architecture, showcasing your ability to work with complex telephony systems.
- Experience with VXML-based IVR platforms such as CVP, GVP, AVP/AEP, Amazon Connect, and Five9, highlighting your knowledge of voice-based interfaces.
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, which can be a valuable asset in serving diverse client bases.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- An anticipated salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, reflecting your experience and skills.
