- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Corp Eng and other business teams on application integrations and system maintenance to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.
- Maintain and develop detailed and concise documentation and runbooks for Corp Eng as well as Netskope employees, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and easily accessible.
- Engage with vendors to implement, support, and improve services, leveraging your expertise to negotiate and secure the best possible solutions for our growing needs.
- Leverage various tools and languages to automate and script business processes, streamlining our operations and increasing efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point for business applications and processes, providing expert guidance and support to other members of the team and ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new business processes where none exist, driving innovation and growth within our organization.
- Securely test, implement, and maintain new changes and enhancements, following change management best practices to minimize risk and ensure continuity.
- Support internal systems and process audits, ensuring that our operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT systems in a cloud environment, with a deep understanding of cloud security and SAAS integrations.
- 5+ years of experience with SSO, Active Directory, and SAAS integrations, with a proven track record of implementing and managing these technologies.
- Experience in operationalizing and automating IT administration, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of employee identity and data flows within a corporate environment, with a focus on security and compliance.
Education and Certifications
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field. Related network and security certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP, are also a plus.
