About the Role
The Marketing Campaign Specialist - Email and SMS will play a crucial role in supporting United Airlines' marketing email channel, developing and deploying solo and triggered emails, as well as complex journeys. You'll also be responsible for supporting SMS and push campaigns, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy marketing emails, ranging from simple solo deployments to complex triggered emails and journeys
- Support SMS and push campaigns, ensuring consistency across multiple channels
- Troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns for United Airlines/MileagePlus and Kinective Media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email, SMS, and push marketing
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, and/or push marketing
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing strategies
