Key Responsibilities: Bringing Disney Magic to Life on Social Media
- Develop High-Impact Social Campaigns: Partner with the marketing team to create social title campaigns that drive conversations, grab consumer interest, and leave a lasting impression.
- Social Strategy & Platform Expertise: Develop innovative social strategies and platform-specific approaches that maximize reach and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
- Marketing Briefs & Campaign Voice: Communicate social strategy, campaign voice, and platform strategy through each title's Marketing Brief, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Advise on and implement best social media practices and cultural landscape insights, evolving tactics throughout each campaign as new data emerges.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with broader marketing title teams on talent social training, on-set social capture, live social media event coverage, digital activations, and influencer activations.
- Create High-Impact Moments: Work closely with marketing to create memorable moments around title debuts, announcements, trailers, and press events.
- Creative Development & Asset Management: Manage the creative development of social content, providing creative direction and notes, securing final approvals, and curating campaign assets.
Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Social Media Marketing Experience: A proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive results.
- Social Platform Expertise: A demonstrated understanding of social platform tools and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
- Collaborative Mentality: A team-first approach, with strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- Prioritization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive & Accountability: A high degree of drive, energy, accountability, and initiative, with a commitment to inclusivity.
