About the Role
The Manager of Data Reporting and Insights is a pivotal role that sits at the heart of our data-driven decision-making process. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and delivery of reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of reporting and insights analysts to deliver high-quality visualizations and dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 1+ year of supervisory or management experience. Preferably, you have 3+ years of management experience.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and experience with the Snowflake platform.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and empathize with others, building trust among team members and stakeholders.
- The ability to stay updated with current and emerging technologies, supporting rapidly changing business needs.
- Highly knowledgeable in preparing business plans, IT plans, Technology Roadmaps, and technical project proposals, with experience in budget management.
- A demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and recommend timely solutions, using ingenuity and creativity to direct problem-solving efforts.
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle and experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe or SCRUM.
- A Lean Agile Mindset, with the ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary for this position, with a national base pay range of $122,400 - $265,100, depending on your knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. Our compensation package is designed to reward high performance and dedication.
