Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to handle inbound calls and provide exceptional support to our UK clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized solutions, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from UK clients, providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver personalized solutions.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, including grammar and tone, to ensure effective and engaging interactions with clients.
- Operate basic computer software and systems to manage customer interactions and update records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Age: 19-40 years old.
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken English skills, with a strong emphasis on grammar and communication.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Any graduate or UG degree.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
