- Document package delivery flows into our tracking system, maintaining accurate records and attention to detail.
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle, providing timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, using your critical thinking skills to find solutions.
